Should Avoid Meat, Eggs, Sour, Salty, Pungent, foods and Alcohol. All these substances augment Pitta's naturally aggressive and compulsive tendencies

Banana- Even though sweet and reportedly help cure ulcers, they have a sour post digestive property and should not be eaten regularly by P-type
